This Reade PM comes in Rouge patent leather stamped with the LV monogram, paired with warm vachetta handles that have aged into a rich honey patina. Structured yet roomy, with a wide open top for quick access — office, dinner, weekend trips. Inside: fuchsia fabric lining with a zippered pocket.
The vernis shows the color drift collectors look for in vintage pieces this age — the exterior has warmed to a deeper true red from years of light exposure, while the base and interior retain the original fuchsia tone.
