Shipping policy

At Source 24, every order is handled with care to ensure your vintage luxury piece arrives safely, securely, and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: processing may take slightly longer during holidays, new drops, or promotional periods.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, Source 24 does not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size/value of your purchase.

Every order includes:

  • Tracking information

  • Insurance for the full value of your item

  • Signature confirmation for high-value orders

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Source 24 is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sourcetwentyfour@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a carrier claim.

Packaging

Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and packaged in protective wrapping. When available, your order will include its original dust bag, box, or certificate as noted in the product description. We use recyclable or sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.

All Sales Final

All items are final sale and non-returnable once shipped.
Please review all item descriptions and photos carefully prior to purchase.
