Third-Party Verification

For select designer pieces, Source 24 may include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by a recognized third-party authenticator or platform. If a COA is not included, you can request authentication through an approved third party after purchase.

Authenticity Disputes

If you believe an item purchased from Source 24 is not authentic, please contact us at sourcetwentyfour@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide a written statement from a verified third-party authenticator who has physically inspected the item.

If authenticity is professionally disputed and confirmed, Source 24 will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
