All items sold by Source 24 are final sale.
Because every piece in our collection is pre-owned, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully before completing your purchase.

Authenticity Assurance

Every item available through Source 24 is 100% authentic. We thoroughly inspect, authenticate, and document each piece prior to sale. If authenticity is ever professionally disputed by a recognized third-party authenticator, please email sourcetwentyfour@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the authenticator’s written report. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued.

Condition Disclosure

All items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of age or use consistent with their vintage nature. Each product listing includes accurate photography and honest descriptions noting any visible wear. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s described condition.

Order Issues or Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sourcetwentyfour@gmail.com with photos so we can assist.
Claims for shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please confirm all details before checkout.
